The love of the writing, is that still something that you have?
More than ever. I now think of writing as a privilege—as a gift that’s been given to me. Any day that I don’t get to write something—anything—is a day I have to spend being someone other than who I am.

From an interview with the late Larry Gelbart. I suspect that I will resist the idea to print this up, get it nicely framed, and hang it somewhere in my office. I suspect that I will finally cave and select a typeface in less than two weeks.
Awesome quote!
HI,
This is Diego Sierra from Brazil, and i was washing your video from this page: http://www.suntimes.com/technology/ihnatko/1773931,ihnatko-ipod-nano-review-apple-061909.article
and reading what you wrote about the new iPod nano. And it was very nice.
So i’m here to ask one thing to you. As you know i’m not from US, but i like to buy a new MacBook pro 17.
I have one macbook pro 17 here, but he is from last year. Probably i’ll go to US next month, and i would like to
know if Apple Store from NY takes my old mac and give me a new one, of-course i’ll pay the difference.
So, i hope you help me,
Thanks for you time and reading this.
PS: just one more thing.. (like apple hahahaha). If they take my mac, how much dollar do you thing i’ll have to pay to then?
Thanks
My best
Diego Sierra.
Howdy, Diego — Nope, the Apple Store doesn’t do trade-ins. The only thing they’ll do with your old MacBook is help you move your data onto the new one.
